Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for cohort seats when you cancel in writing before the published cohort start date and before accessing more than the orientation materials. Self-paced add-ons follow the windows below.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start (or within 7 days of payment if the cohort starts sooner, provided live sessions have not begun). Requests after that window are considered for partial refunds only.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds return 100% of tuition paid for the canceled seat. Partial refunds of 50% may be granted if you withdraw within the first seven days of a live cohort and have attended no more than one live session. After that point, tuition is generally non-refundable because facilitation costs are committed.

Non-refundable items

Custom synthetic engagement design fees, on-site travel costs already incurred, and third-party exam vouchers (if any) are non-refundable once work or booking has started. Completed Partner Review Studio sessions are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@flexibleapi.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, seat holder name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to a Korean account you designate. Processing typically completes within 10–15 business days after approval.

Cancellation by Flexibleapi

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandatory military duty. Exceptions are discretionary and documented in writing.
