What we collect

We collect information you submit through the contact form (name, email, optional topic, message), emails you send us, and technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted. We do not ask for client working-paper content through this website.

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, administer enrollments, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. Marketing emails are sent only with consent or where permitted for existing customer communications under applicable Korean law.

Legal bases

Depending on context, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a training business, consent (for optional analytics or marketing), and legal obligation.

Retention

Contact messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship or dispute. Enrollment and invoice records are retained for the period required under Korean commercial and tax rules. Analytics data retained by providers follows their settings, typically 14 months or less.

Sharing

We use processors for email, hosting, and—if accepted—analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Some processors may store data outside Korea. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and vendor assessments consistent with applicable requirements.

Your rights

Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. Email info@flexibleapi.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Korean authority.

Children

Our services are directed to working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
